The Alabama Ambassadors is recognized as a nonprofit organization domiciled in the state of Alabama.  The Alabama Ambassadors program serves as a children’s advocate program addressing the needs of children ages six weeks old to fourteen years of age. In addition to providing early learning and childcare services in Central Alabama to families, the organization provides enrichment programs to school age children in Jefferson and Tuscaloosa counties through its Alabama Leadership Society.  Students are either nominated by school staff, their peers, or enroll during open enrollment to participate in this extracurricular leadership-based enrichment program.  Other services include serving as a CNP sponsor for the CACFP under the USDA. Contact your local district office for more information.
